Job Purpose:

Maintenance Manager will supervise and assign the work of maintenance employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance employees. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of all work areas. Ensure products are placed in the proper receptacles. Ensure dock areas, outside dock areas, aisles, break areas, bathrooms and shipping offices are organized, clean, free of debris, and in good working condition.

- Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfer equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.

- Make periodic inspections of assigned facilities to determine conditions;diagnose problems and initiate necessary actions.

- Plan and schedule routine maintenance. Establish work priorities.

- Maintain equipment and materials;perform complex repair and maintenance tasks.

- Supervise staff of skilled and semi-skilled workers in maintenance such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, electrical and related systems.

- Inspect work for completeness.

- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

- Eighteen months of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related area.

- Two years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.

Education and/or Experience:

- 2 years technical school and 3 years experience in closely related field work.

- Strong English skills, reading, written and verbal

Computer Skills:

- Experience in Microsoft Windows and Office software

The On Site Coordinator will be recruiting, screening, and evaluating qualified job candidates over the phone for our open positions based on our client s needs. This position also requires being on site at some clients, which is a combination of supervising employees, walking the floors, promoting a safe work environment, and maintaining a clear line of communication with client s management to ensure successful customer service. Constant availability to employees and client s management are also important (flexible schedule). This position also requires commuting to different site locations.

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient operations, product quality, and adherence to safety and food safety standards. This role oversees production staff and crew leaders to meet internal production goals and customer deadlines while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
Analyze work orders to estimate labor hours and develop production schedules that meet internal and external demands.
Calculate required stock and supplies based on production schedules and requisition materials as needed.
Plan and coordinate the flow of materials through the department and optimize equipment layout based on production needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer deadlines are met.
Inspect and measure parts and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Develop, recommend, and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Recommend changes in working conditions and equipment usage to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyze and resolve operational issues and assist team members in problem-solving.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records.
Work closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Systems Auditors to ensure effective execution of maintenance-related sanitation and food safety programs, including proper documentation.
Adhere to all HACCP and Food Safety policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Comply with all Employee Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
Foster teamwork and maintain positive working relationships across departments to minimize conflict and promote collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of management experience or equivalent demonstrated leadership experience.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Ability to develop and maintain procedures, job descriptions, and related documentation.
Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards, including GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, OSHA, and USDA requirements.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including any shift, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills.
