Essential Duties

Operate and monitor the Unitech Auto Palletizer to maintain continuous production.
Monitor equipment, conveyors, and pallet movement to ensure proper product flow.
Ensure cases and products are stacked correctly according to required pallet patterns.
Inspect completed pallets for proper stacking, stability, and product quality.
Identify equipment faults, jams, alarms, and other operating issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting and safely clear minor jams when authorized.
Communicate equipment or mechanical issues to leads, supervisors, or maintenance personnel.
Monitor finished product and ensure it meets quality and production requirements.
Complete required production and equipment documentation accurately.
Follow all company safety, GMP, food safety, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements

Previous Auto Palletizer Operator experience required or highly preferred.
Previous experience operating Unitech palletizing equipment is highly preferred.
Candidates should be able to identify the brand and/or model of palletizer equipment they have previously operated.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, packaging, production, warehouse, or similar environments preferred.
Ability to understand and respond to basic machine controls, alarms, and operating functions.
Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to safely address minor equipment issues.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM (must be open to working overtime and weekends)

Job Purpose: The Staffing Coordinator achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, screening, evaluating and on-boarding qualified job candidates for specific job descriptions based on the client requirements/need.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Consulting with client hiring managers to thoroughly understand the clients' needs.
Developing creative sourcing strategies and leveraging resources to recruit high caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
Recruiting, onboarding, training, overseeing and retaining the best talent in the market.
Interviewing and assessing candidates qualifications through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency based evaluations.
Developing a network of ready to work candidates to meet the current and anticipated needs of our clients.
Facilitating interviews between the candidate and client, including candidate preparation and client brief. Conducting debrief with candidate and customer following interviews.
Developing long term relationships with temporary employees while on assignment, providing career coaching, and when required disciplinary actions.
Conduct Quality Control calls with Client and new employee at the end of the first day of assignment. Gather feedback from employees to help us better prepare new employees for placement at that Client site, and ascertain whether the placement is a good fit.
Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of employee interactions via telephone, via Tempworks software, time and attendance system and/or via email with client when necessary.
Immediately elevate to Branch Manager and Human Resources any employee relation concerns (including harassment claims, discrimination claims, disability claims, incident reports, etc.).
Work closely with employees to ensure they adhere to our policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager to perform new employee check ins, conduct safety walks or attend Client meetings at our Client sites.
Implementation and support of the safety programs implemented by the Safety Director.
Serve as a resource to employees for answering general benefit questions. Assist with the open enrollment process.
Track compliance through all facets of onboarding (application, pre screens, pay setup, etc.) as well as ensuring employee pay accuracy on an ongoing basis.
Administer exit interviews, monitor findings, recommend changes to Branch Manager and evaluate effectiveness of newly implemented processes.
Conduct new employee orientation.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

One year experience in the Staffing industry is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
Must have proficient problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
Strong computer skills required;intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products and Google products (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) preferred
Must be able to interact with all levels of management.
Good organizational skills.
The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
The ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Job Purpose
The Staffing/Onsite Manager is responsible for maintaining the financial health and operational success of the branch by effectively managing expenses, overtime, staffing levels, and other expenditures. This role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee performance, discipline, retention, and development while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

The Manager will work closely with Human Resources, Sales, Safety, and other support teams to ensure operational excellence, provide exceptional client service, and address employee and client needs promptly and professionally.

The Powder Toaster Operator is responsible for operating the Powder Toaster production line to process onion and garlic powder according to customer specifications and quality standards. This role ensures efficient production while maintaining food safety, product quality, and workplace safety.

Essential Responsibilities

Operate the Powder Toaster production line safely and efficiently.
Process onion and garlic powder to achieve required color, moisture, and customer specifications.
Adjust product feed rates to optimize throughput, product quality, and moisture levels.
Use a handheld scanner to track production and inventory.
Complete all required HACCP documentation accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively using a two-way radio.
Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Follow all food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Successfully pass the required skills assessment.
Ability to read, understand, and accurately complete required production paperwork.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous forklift operating experience is preferred but not required. Training and certification will be provided.

Shift A: 7: 00 AM 3: 00 PM
Shift B: 3: 00 PM 11: 00 PM
Shift C: 11: 00 PM 7: 00 AM

Operate a propane-powered lift truck (forklift) safely and efficiently.
Obtain company forklift certification.
Recover salvage materials from dryers and transfer materials from drums to totes.
Use handheld scanners to print labels and maintain inventory accuracy.
Perform inventory control and material management tasks.
Assist with dryer subfloor cleaning when needed.
Communicate effectively using a two-way radio.
Follow all company safety procedures and GMP standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must successfully pass a forklift skills assessment.
Ability to read, understand, and complete required documentation.
Basic math skills for inventory and production tasks.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs, remove and install guards and doors, and work in confined spaces when required.
Comfortable working in a loud, dusty manufacturing environment.
Ability to conduct workplace safety inspections.

Willingness to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and year-round.
Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required training and certification will be provided for qualified candidates.
