Job Summary
The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements in a food processing environment. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate across teams. The Quality Control Coordinator will monitor processes, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this position requires professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Position: QC Technician
Pay Rate: $22-$25/HR
Schedule: 5: 30 AM - 2: 00 PM

- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years of experience working in a food processing environment
- Knowledge of and intermediate ability to use computer-based programs including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to satisfactorily perform each primary responsibility
- Two to five years of experience in a food processing environment
- Previous experience in a meat processing environment
- Previous experience with scan guns and/or TI stations
- Bilingual in Spanish
