Job Purpose: Store Service Manager is responsible for assisting in analyzing and reporting Key

Performing Indicators from the Service Centers. Track and report any trends, positive or negative. The reporting/updating on any trends should be reported bi- weekly and/or immediately to upper Management if we observe a circumstance and/or trend that needs immediate attention. Store Service Manager will work along with the Store Support Manager to gather data. This position is also responsible to monitor if client goals are being met nationwide.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and tracking the progress on the Nationwide client Goals

Assist with analyzing a vast amount of data utilizing our available technology resources.

Assist in reviewing underperforming areas in the chain which may be due to missed delivery times and routes, warehouse space constrictions, weather patterns, stocking program limitations, etc.

Bi-weekly reporting to and/or immediate reporting depending on sense of urgency on the matter or event to corresponding G. M s and Regional Managers

Track operational trends by utilizing data that is gathered and logged by our Control Tower Specialists, S.C. Discrepancies, Store Concerns, Capacities and Service Levels

Utilize existing or develop new technological tools, such as relational database management systems, to assist in analyzing information in a faster and more efficient manner.

Suggest improvements to cut costs and improve the entire process

Meet with Logistics, Warehousing and Inventory Control leaders to support in making recommendations based on careful research and predictions

Support by collaborating with various departments Logistics, Operations, TJ s Ops, and Project Management teams

Manage Store Support Command Center by ensuring all tasks and open items are being closed out and resolved

Ensure Store Support Command Center is efficiently communicating with warehouses and TJ Ops Team to resolve any requests/concerns reported by the TJ Ops Team or customers, including logging all information and sending out daily reports




Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong organizational skills;attention to detail;and ability to meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail, deadlines and holding self and others accountable

Strong analytical skills including the ability to develop and update large Microsoft Excel documents, apply statistical formulas and pivot tables

Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable information

Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, RMS, and WMS

Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.




Education and/or Experience:

2 4 years experience preferred

Strong knowledge of data analysis, forecasting,

Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of relational databases (e.G. Business Objects, Business Intelligence, Access)
