Position: Staffing Coordinator (Recruiter)

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $19-20/HR + incentives

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM (overtime and occasional weekends may be required)

Full Steam Staffing is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator (Recruiter) to join our team in Ontario, CA. This position supports multiple branch locations by assisting with recruiting efforts, job postings, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.




Job Summary

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates based on client needs. This role partners with branch teams and hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are met while maintaining a strong pipeline of talent.




Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with branch teams and client managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Create and manage job postings to attract qualified applicants.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in recruiting and employee systems.
  • Build relationships with temporary employees and provide support during assignments.
  • Assist with recruiting marketing efforts, job fairs, and community events.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple branch locations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.




Minimum Requirements
  • 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
