Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess safety conditions and ensure compliance.
- Provide comprehensive safety training to new hires on company policies and procedures.
- Identify and address unsafe actions or conditions to prevent accidents.
- Investigate workplace injuries and prepare accurate incident reports.
- Lead safety meetings and promote a positive safety culture.
- Track and analyze injury data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures as needed.
- Inspect machinery and equipment for potential safety hazards.
- Stay updated on OSHA regulations and safety trends.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, training sessions, and safety incidents.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
- Willingness to learn OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
- Experience in safety compliance is a bonus, but we re happy to train motivated candidates!
Compensation and Benefits:
