We are currently hiring a Safety Representative for our client, a seasonal packaging warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety audits and inspections of the warehouse and equipment
- Provide safety orientation and training for new and existing warehouse staff
- Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Investigate accidents and near misses, complete reports, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
Requirements:
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, training standards, and safety best practices
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle physical work environment and walk/stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
