Full Steam Staffing is seeking a Safety Administrative Assistant to support the safety team with daily administrative functions, documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Safety Department
- Maintain and organize safety records, reports, forms, and documentation
- Assist with tracking safety incidents, injuries, and corrective actions
- Enter and maintain safety-related data accurately
- Assist with employee safety training records and documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other safety-related materials
- Help ensure required safety documentation is completed and up to date
- Assist with scheduling safety meetings, training, and inspections
- Communicate with employees and management regarding safety-related documentation
- Support OSHA and company safety compliance efforts
- Assist with audits, inspections, and follow-up documentation
- Perform general administrative and data-entry duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Previous experience in safety, warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or industrial environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
