We are actively seeking a Bilingual/Spanish Regional Human Resources Generalist  with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The Regional HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring we continue encouraging, supporting, and retaining our employees. The Regional HR Generalist will also be responsible for the full scope of Human Resources (HR) activities, including training and development, ensuring employees adhere  to company policies and procedures, performing incident investigation and reporting, managing various HR projects, communicating employment laws and regulations, and other duties as assigned. 




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for HR executives
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Organize, compile, and update employee personnel records with the appropriate documentation
  • Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Create reports for senior management
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Provide assistance and support with compliance reporting.
  • Maintain complete employee documentation systems. This includes developing and maintaining documentation systems to ensure record-keeping and reporting requirements are complete, accurate, and easily accessible to the appropriate company personnel. 
  • Meet with supervisors and managers to determine effective remediation techniques such as job skill training or personal intervention to prevent or resolve human relations issues among personnel.  
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.




HR Generalist Requirements:
  • California-based workforce.
  • Exposure to California Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to California payroll practices.
  • Complete understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with Gmail, Excel/ Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to travel within the Region approximately (up to 75% of work schedule)
  • Communicate with/ meet with Clients to perform investigations, provide up-to-date guidance on emerging legislation and workplace trends, and clarify Full Steam s policies and practices.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND LONG HOURS
