Job Title: Production Technician

Pay Rate: $30/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday 6 am- 4: 30 pm

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D




Job Summary: 

The Production Technician meets daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts. 




Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work safely in a team environment 
  • Meet daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts 
  • Must be able to read and learn to interpret specification sheets and mechanical drawings 
  • Must be able to learn to read precision measuring instruments 
  • Set up/Troubleshoot equipment 
  • Assist other shifts or areas as needed 
  • Keep work area clean 

Skills and Abilities: 
  • Must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specification sheets, and/or mechanical drawings, and in precision measurement, or become proficient through training. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds 
  • Must be able to stand and walk on the concrete plant floor for extended periods of time. 

Education and Experience: 
  • High School Education or GED
