Now Hiring Payroll Supervisor in Redlands, CA.

Shift: TBD

Pay: $68, 640K

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD &D, Merit




Job Purpose: To provide primary operational support for the Payroll Manager by administering the day to day aspects of all payroll tasks in the Admin office.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews and approves weekly agency payroll.

Reviews and approves agencies PAR, payroll action requests.

Prepares payroll cost report for Admin Accounting for weekly and monthly reporting needs before Tuesdays 9: 00AM.

Reviews federal and multi state tax returns for distribution centers.

Support WCD distribution center payroll supervisors inquiries and requests to solve payroll issues.

Serves as back up in the absence of Admin Payroll Administrator.

Work with other duties/projects assigned




Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned

task with little or no supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent phone skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.




Education and/or Experience:

Knowledge of payroll systems and be able to grasp processing schemes and systems quickly.

Knowledge of Paychex is a plus.

An associate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
