Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a significant amount of data entry, maintaining employee records, and supporting the payroll department with various administrative duties.

Shift: Monday-Friday (AM shift)

Location: Ontario, CA *Corporate Office*

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process payroll for employees in a timely manner.
  • Perform detailed data entry to ensure accurate employee records and payroll information.
  • Organize and maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Follow instructions and procedures as directed by management.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Communicate effectively with branches, employees, and team members to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Support the payroll department with administrative duties as needed.
  • Manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and branches regarding payroll inquiries.

Job Requirements:
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and document control capabilities.
  • Ability to follow directions and guidelines set by management.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Ability to work well within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and information.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processing is required;entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with branches, employees, and team members.
  • Proficient in data entry tasks.
  • Prior experience in accounting is a plus.
  • Able to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, Google products, and Adobe.
  • Excellent customer service skills to assist employees and branches.
