We are now hiring a BILINGUAL Onsite Coordinator in Stockton, CA!
Shift: 3rd Shift (6: 00pm - 3: 00am) | Pay: $18/HR
-Manage temporary staff at the client facility
-Act as a liaison between the client, employee, and branch location.
-Build and maintain strong client relationship
-Execute effective staffing strategies that deliver employees in a timely manner
-Monitor attendance of employees and immediately secure backups for absences
-Coordinate work orders between client and branch location
-Provide new hire MHE Certifications
-Maintain staffing levels
-Effectively maintain communications with client and branch
-Delivers coaching, directing, and oversight to employees as required
-Facilitates timekeeping of employee hours, attendance, and/or disciplinary actions
-Generates client and/or branch reports
-Coordinates with other managers, supervisors, branch staff, and corporate staff to ensure commonality of purpose and direction
-Process workers comp claims and maintain files
-Assist with injuries, complaints, and staffing needs
-Process time reports for payroll, file and process paperwork
-Maintains high level of confidentiality
-Position requires candidates to have transportation with current/valid automobile insurance, and a valid driver license.

The 8 hour schedule is based on the customer hours, must be available weekends and Holidays.
