Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: Fresno, CA
Pay Rate: $18.50/HR
Schedule: M-F 8AM
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain production schedules, anticipating potential changes based on supply and customer needs. Partner closely with the Production Manager to ensure production is efficient and follows policy and process. Input and track work orders within the company ERP system. Partner closely with the production and warehouse team to ensure proper process is followed. Work closely with Customer Service to forecast demand and adjust production schedules as needed to meet customer orders and seasonal fluctuations.
Identify areas of improvement in the production planning and scheduling process and work cross-functionally to implement more efficient systems and practices. Report any violations or deviations of the production process to the Production Manager and leadership when appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in working with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience with production scheduling and/or an aspect of reviewing inventory and ingredients for both a high-level and granular view.
Ability to prioritize tasks and discern information to make scheduling decisions once there is an understanding of how production runs.
