Now Hiring Project Inventory Control Supervisor in Redlands, CA. Candidate must have distribution or food industry experience.

Shift: 1st

Pay: $68, 640K




Job Purpose: Project Inventory Control Supervisor will assist on overseeing all Service Centers nation wide and assist in providing reports needed for each service center.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure the success of Calendar Holiday Command Center.

- Track weeks on hand vs cases shipped.

- Track capacity for service centers.

- Track Banana mass balance report for all SC with banana ripening.

- Track recoup nationwide.

- Correct TO discrepancies report by the customer.

- Publish Code date report weekly.

- 21 code date for Cooler

- 60 code date for Temp, Dry and Freezer

- Publish articles with high weeks on hand.

- Support IC Regional s and IC GM.

- Support GM with new projects.

- Ensure SC s maintain inventory accuracy to 99.98%.

- Ensure yearly Desktop audit results are 100% accuracy Nationwide

- Guide SC to prepare for Physical Inventories.

- Train SC s to have a successful PI.

- Ensure SC s are reporting JIT nightly.

- Traveling is a must for this position.




Minimum Requirements:

- High level of computer and GOLD STOCK system literacy.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise inventory-based programs as directed by the Inventory Control GM.




Education and/or Experience:

- Some college level management education and/or 2 years warehouse Management experience in wholesale industry.




Computer Skills:

- Strong computer skills required;with knowledge in MS Office, Excel and WMS system literacy




Reasoning Ability:

- Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce
