Full Steam Staffing is hiring an HR Clerk in Delano, CA!
Position: HR Clerk
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Must be open to working overtime and weekends as needed)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, and PSL

Position Summary
The HR Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, processing payroll updates, and ensuring effective communication within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining employee databases and managing HR communications
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation with a high level of confidentiality
- Assist the HR Manager with policy implementation, hiring processes, and salary administration
- Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure clear communication with employees and provide timely responses to inquiries
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Some weekends may be required based on business needs
- Schedule may vary depending on seasonality
Requirements
- Previous HR experience required
- Payroll experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual preferred
