Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Log and address support issues sent to IT support, ensuring timely resolution.
- Respond to and resolve IT-related issues over the phone and in person.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot company mobile phones and other mobile devices.
- Install operating systems and user applications on desktop and laptop PCs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for PCs, clock systems, and
- Microsoft-embedded OS configurations.
- Implement and manage antivirus software to maintain network security.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of printers.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.
- Relocate users and hardware within the facility as needed.
- Update equipment inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with mobile devices, wireless technologies, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Experience with configuring and maintaining printers, antivirus software, and network devices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent;certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
