Olive Harvest Associate Seasonal

Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

Season Start: September



Job Overview

We are hiring Olive Harvest Associates to support our seasonal harvest operations in Tracy, CA. This hands-on role includes loading and unloading olive bins, sorting for quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are hiring both forklift drivers and field workers for this position. The harvest season begins in September.




Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks with bins of olives
  • Supply graders with incoming olives
  • Transport materials between storage and work areas
  • High-stack pallets and bins (forklift operation)
  • Sort olives to remove defective or foreign materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors
  • Meet productivity and efficiency standards
  • Work overtime as needed during the harvest season




Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, reach, and lift throughout the shift
  • Frequently lift up to 65 lbs;occasionally up to 75 lbs




Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in agriculture, food processing, or warehouse preferred
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
