Job Title: HR Coordinator | Pay Rate: $20/hr | Schedule: AM

Job Overview:

The HR Coordinator will work closely with HR managers and employees, handling tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative processes.




Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Manage recruiting and onboarding activities including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and handling new hire paperwork
  • Handle employee relations such as answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting exit interviews
  • Administer benefit programs and employee services
  • Prepare reports on hiring trends, turnover, vacant positions, and other metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations




Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
