Job Overview:
The HR Coordinator will work closely with HR managers and employees, handling tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative processes.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage recruiting and onboarding activities including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and handling new hire paperwork
- Handle employee relations such as answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting exit interviews
- Administer benefit programs and employee services
- Prepare reports on hiring trends, turnover, vacant positions, and other metrics
- Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
