Job Title: HR Clerk
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Shift: AM (Monday- Friday)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Administrative Assistant for a short-term project lasting several months. This role will primarily focus on scanning and organizing documents while supporting daily administrative operations within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan, file, and organize employee and HR-related documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks
- Provide front desk support and serve as a point of contact for employees
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic office software and scanning equipment
