We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Hanford, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable performing a variety of hands-on tasks.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.
Location: Hanford, CA
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and production-related duties as assigned
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Assist team members with various warehouse or facility tasks
- Perform repetitive physical tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

- Trabajar de manera eficiente para cumplir con las metas diarias de producci n.
- Apoyar a los miembros del equipo con diferentes tareas de almac n o de las instalaciones.
- Realizar tareas f sicas y repetitivas seg n sea necesario.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto seg n se asignen.
Requisitos
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en almac n, producci n o trabajo general, pero no es indispensable.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo r pido.
- Buena asistencia y puntualidad.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos de seguridad.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, levantar objetos y realizar tareas f sicas durante el turno.
- Actitud positiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
