Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Line Attendants for our Livingston location to support operations during the busy harvest season. This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our packaged products on the production line. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts is essential.

Position Requirements:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
- Physically able to climb stairs, perform cleanup duties on elevated areas, and lift up to 25 lbs. Repetitively.
- Capable of performing repetitive hand movements and working under industrial conditions.
- Ability to stay focused and avoid distractions during tasks.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Responsible for supporting the company s commitment to producing high-quality products with a strong emphasis on Food Safety, Legality, and Integrity.
- Familiarity with food processing regulations and plant programs is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect boxes and liners to ensure they are clean and undamaged.
- Stack, pack, and palletize 25 lb. Boxes of product.
- Assist with transferring super sacks into wood bins.
- Transfer 25 lb. Boxes of nuts into bins.
- Build and assemble fiber bins as needed.
- Inspect sealed bags for accuracy and proper code dates.
- Form boxes and trays for packing.
- Stand, walk, bend, flex, and frequently grip/reach/lift/pull with both hands throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support machinery cleanup efforts.
- Ensure accurate counts of bags per box or tray.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
