Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Management Representative to join our team! In this role, you ll be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders while providing outstanding service to internal and external customers. You will work closely with the Order Entry Supervisor and the Manager of Commercial Operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Management Representative to join our team! In this role, you ll be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders while providing outstanding service to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders received via phone, email, EDI portal, and website.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order placements, changes, and cancellations.
- Verify order details and coordinate with internal departments (shipping, scheduling, and sales) to ensure accuracy.
- Send customer order acknowledgments when not automatically generated.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information, including billing, shipping, and contact details.
- Enter replacement and sample orders as needed.
- Initiate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for customer returns.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous data entry or order processing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
