We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to support our pistachio processing operations in Firebaugh, CA. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for moving raw and processed pistachio products throughout the facility, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring materials are handled efficiently and safely.

Job Description
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to support our pistachio processing operations in Firebaugh, CA. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for moving raw and processed pistachio products throughout the facility, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring materials are handled efficiently and safely.
Job Title: Forklift Driver

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to transport bins of pistachios, packaging materials, and finished products within the facility and warehouse.
- Load and unload pistachio trailers, hoppers, and totes from inbound and outbound shipments.
- Stage products for roasting, sorting, packaging, or shipping according to production schedules.
- Stack, wrap, and label pallets of packaged pistachios for storage or delivery.
- Inspect the forklift daily and report mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard areas, especially during harvest season.
- Assist with inventory counts and product tracking using lot numbers and scanning systems.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and food safety standards.
- Operate different Attachments Like: Bin Dumpers, Single Doubles, Slip Sheet Puller. ETC.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year forklift experience in agriculture, food processing, or manufacturing preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. And work in outdoor/indoor environments, including dusty or noisy areas common in pistachio processing.
- Understanding of pistachio product flow (from receiving to shipping) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in nut processing, especially pistachios, almonds, or walnuts.
- Experience working in a seasonal or high-volume harvest operation.
