Job Title: Forklift Stand Up Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pull, and organize products based on order specifications
- Safely and efficiently operate stand-up forklifts and EPJ rider jacks
- Support general warehouse operations including cleaning, organizing, and product movement
- Assist with inventory counts and tracking as needed
- Contribute to production-related tasks and maintain a steady workflow
- Properly dispose of waste and packaging materials in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Adhere to all equipment safety protocols prior to and during machine operation
- Collaborate in a team-oriented, high-speed warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts and EPJ rider jacks
- Previous experience working in a cold storage warehouse (average temps of 40 F or below)
- Ability to work 10 12 hour shifts and adjust to schedule changes as needed
- Strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain high productivity
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
- Standing, lifting, and walking for long durations
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.G., 50 lbs]
