Job Title: Forklift operator
Pay Rate: $20.00/HR
Shift: 12: 00 PM Start time
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D (Vacation Pay & Holiday Pay after 90 days)
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator for an outdoor, full-time position. This is not your typical sit-down forklift role this position is highly physical and active. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in an outdoor environment
- Offload trucks and stage customer and job site orders
- Assist in trimming and loading operations as needed
- Regularly dismount forklift to build small towers, organize materials, and clean the yard
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Minimum 2+ years of forklift experience in a fast-paced setting
- Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Physically able to get on and off the forklift multiple times per shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. And perform general labor duties as needed
- Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling (including overtime)
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
