Works primarily in an office setting but may enter cooler with the primary purpose of activity to be based on cooler office support.
The dispatch clerk is responsible for Driver Check-In and Check-Out, the completion of loading documents and assigning loaders to load orders. Position requires the ability to clearly communicate as well as computer literacy. Dispatch clerks may assist with other cooler needs as assigned by immediate supervisor.
