Job Overview:
We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support in managing data entry tasks, closing out orders, and working on the production schedule. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with Excel, is highly organized, and can handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Order Management:
- Accurately input data into spreadsheets and systems.
- Close out orders and ensure all order information is up to date.
Production Schedule Support:
- Assist in managing and updating production schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with relevant teams to track order progress and ensure timely deliveries.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, including handling inquiries, preparing documents, and managing files.
Excel Work:
- Maintain, update, and analyze spreadsheets with a focus on data accuracy.
- Generate reports and assist with organizing data for various projects and teams.
Continuous Improvement:
- Offer suggestions to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Help troubleshoot administrative issues and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role (1-2 years preferred).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and task completion.
- Comfortable working in Excel and handling spreadsheets (formulas, sorting, and filtering data).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a strong focus on deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- ERP experience is a plus but not required.
