Full Steam Staffing is seeking a Seasonal Onsite Coordinator to support our Fairfield and Sacramento, CA locations.
Job Title: Onsite Coordinator
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine, Paid Sick Leave, Bereavement, and Anniversary Day
Schedule: AM Shift, (Must have open availability and be willing to work overtime and weekends)
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to commute to Fairfield and Sacramento, CA
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Summary:
The Seasonal Onsite Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between employees, client management, and Full Steam Staffing. This position focuses on employee supervision, safety compliance, attendance management, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure operational success.
Essential Duties:
- Manage attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping for onsite employees
- Supervise employees through effective leadership and professionalism
- Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and safety walks
- Monitor and follow up on workers' compensation and injury-related incidents
- Perform Material Handling Equipment certifications
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
- Collaborate with client management to ensure excellent customer service
- Support a safe and productive work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred for Onsite Coordinator role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
