We re seeking reliable and motivated Processors to join our team in Irwindale, CA! This position plays a key role in the production process of mayonnaise and other food products, ensuring quality, consistency, and safety in every batch.




Type: Temp-to-Hire

Industry: Food Manufacturing (Mayonnaise Production)

Pay Rate: $17.50/HR - $18.00/HR

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 5: 45 AM 2: 15 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 1: 45 PM 10: 15 PM




Responsibilities:
  • Measure, mix, and process ingredients according to established recipes and production schedules.
  • Operate and monitor mixing and processing equipment.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment as needed between batches.
  • Complete required production documentation and logs.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or processing preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.
