Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Citrus Processor to join our team in Gloucester City, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, washing, grading, and preparing citrus fruits for packaging and distribution. You will operate processing equipment, monitor production quality, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and inspect citrus fruits for quality and ripeness.
- Wash, peel, and slice fruits using processing equipment.
- Grade and pack fruits according to specifications.
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in processing areas.
- Follow safety protocols and food handling regulations.
- Complete production reports and maintain inventory records.
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to operate machinery and processing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
