Job Summary
The Stacker is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished products for packaging, storage, or shipment in a production or warehouse environment. This role supports production flow by ensuring products are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack finished products onto pallets, trays, or conveyors
- Ensure products are stacked correctly to prevent damage
- Monitor product flow from production lines
- Inspect products for basic quality and report defects
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
- Assist with packaging and other production tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous production or warehouse experience a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
