We are in search of an Accounting & Front Office Clerk in Bakersfield, CA!




Accounting Clerk/Front Office 

Shift: 1st shift (Temp to Hire)

Pay Rate: $22-25 per hour (based on experience)




Job Summary: Under direction of the Controller this on-site position will provide assistance, analysis, copying and filing, and other related duties as required. 




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

include the following and other duties as assigned by the Controller: 

1. Maintain the Capital Projects up to date. 

2. Receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, signing them in and contacting the appropriate personnel 

for the visitors, and answering the phone as needed. 

3. Sort through and distribute mail daily. 

4. Assist with entering A/P and A/R on Famous as needed. 

5. Assist with filing and scanning documents and invoices of A//R and A/P as needed. 

6. Assist with customer/vendor issues resolution 

7. Assist Controller and CFO with General Ledger account reconciliations and special projects.

Education and/or Experience: High School Graduate. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, analytical ability, and ability to work effectively with a team. 




Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
