Job Description
Full Steam Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Applicant Support (Data Entry) team member to assist with applicant processing, data entry, and administrative support. This position will help ensure candidate information is entered accurately and maintained in company systems while providing a positive experience for applicants.
Job Title: Applicant Support (Data Entry)
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional overtime and weekends)
Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish), Valid Driver's License

Applicant Support (Data Entry)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Enter and update applicant information accurately in internal staffing and recruiting systems.
- Review applications and verify information for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist applicants with the application and onboarding process.
- Contact applicants by phone, text, or email regarding application status, interviews, orientations, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records.
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain employee and applicant documents.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, and appointments.
- Respond to applicant questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the recruiting team.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
- Follow company procedures and ensure all required documentation is completed properly and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous data entry, administrative, recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move office materials weighing up to 15 lbs.
