Job Title: Lift Truck Operator

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Lift Truck Operator (LTO) to join our warehouse team. The LTO will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of lift trucks, movement of materials, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately document and perform pre-shift inspections of lift trucks.
  • Operate in all areas of the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, vendor deliveries, loading/unloading trailers, transferring goods, and managing empty pallets and drums.
  • Safely transport pallets of materials to designated warehouse locations according to order requirements.
  • Use RF scanners efficiently for product assignments, inventory tracking, and traceability.
  • Adhere to all stacking and handling requirements as outlined in the LTO training program.
  • Load and unload flatbed trucks containing full drums, pallets, and other materials;deliver them to assigned areas.
  • Manually sort drums/totes when required by transferring them from one pallet to another.
  • Assist with inventory confirmation and reconciliation of unconfirmed items.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to pass a basic English and Math skills test.
  • Proficient in reading and completing required documentation accurately.
  • Comfortable working with computer-based equipment such as scanners and printers.
  • Successful completion of Lift Truck Operator (LTO) training program required.
  • Strong attendance, safety, and work record.
  • Ability to work all shifts and be available for overtime as needed.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
  • Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities.
